Summary
Private Thomas Watterson served in France with the Ulster Division. Private Waterson embarked for France on 26th November 1915. Private Thomas Watterson was wounded and taken prisoner on the first day of the Battle of the Somme on 1st July 1916. Thomas survived the war. Thomas’ son, Sapper Thomas William Watterson, died in World War Two.
